Ella's Signature 30 Minute Fudgy Biscoff Blondies
This small batch blondie recipe yields 6 medium pieces and can be made within 30 minutes.
This recipe yields a buttery fudgy blondie packed with white chocolate and Lotus Biscoff.
Blondies are the white chocolate cousin of the Brownie and are made with White Chocolate over dark chocolate as compared to the standard brownie. You will find many recipes out there that do not use chocolate for their blondies however i wanted to create a recipe that used white chocolate to replace the dark chocolate and the sugar in an original recipe.

Recipe:
112 grams White Chocolate
56 grams Butter
1 Egg
35 grams Caster Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
78 grams AP Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
50 grams White Chocolate
3 Biscoff Biscuits
30 grams Biscoff Spread
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degree and line a greased loaf tin with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine white chocolate with butter and melt it
over a double boiler.
In another bowl, add the egg and caster sugar whipping it
together till it is light and fluffy.
Add in your cooled melted butter chocolate mix and stir it
together.
Fold in your flour and mix till there are no flour pockets
Your blondie batter
is ready!
For mix ins we have gone with lotus biscoff biscuits and white chocolate.
Add your batter into a lined baking dish drizzle it with melted
Biscoff spread and top it with more lotus biscuits.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
